Uncategorized Aug 22, 2023

If you play the electric guitar, one of the most desired goals is to start soloing. Learning how to solo and improvise can be quite challenging due to the multitude of scale shapes you'll need to memorize and then put into practice; it's a lot of information!

However, if you're just starting out and looking to have some fun soloing in the easiest way, this will certainly help you get started.

In this video, you will learn how to use a simple scale shape that fits both major and minor tonalities. We will use only 4 notes to solo and improvise. In this example, we will focus on E Major and E Minor.

Once you grasp the basics of what I'm teaching here, you will be able to play in any key.
